Our mission as an association is to promote cultural exchange, promote tourism and trade, and exchange economic know-how between cities. We strive to break down prejudices and foster international dialogue by nurturing our partnerships and supporting collaboration on projects and initiatives between the participating cities.

Our vision is a world where city partnerships contribute to creating a better and more peaceful society. We believe that city partnerships are an important way to promote cultural exchange and cooperation between cities and shape a shared future.
