Franco-German relations in the museum
French Consul General comes to Bad Windsheim
Bad Windsheim – French Consul General Corinne Pereira will visit the Franconian Open-Air Museum of the Middle Franconia district in Bad Windsheim on Saturday, July 8. Members of the district council, the local partnership committee, and the administration will welcome the Consul General at the museum entrance at 2 p.m.
A guided tour led by museum director Dr. Herbert May will follow. Around 4 p.m., an exchange of experiences will take place at the Gasthaus Krone on German-French relations and the regional partnership between the Middle Franconia district and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
The current situation in France, particularly the violent riots in the greater Paris area and other cities, will also be discussed. The day before, on Friday, July 7, Corinne Pereira will participate in the celebrations marking the 55th anniversary of the twinning between the cities of Ansbach and Anglet and deliver a welcoming address.
